We’re looking for innovative, driven Java Engineerswho are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.

The role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features and functionality for the company's core platform.
  • Enhance and optimise existing features to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external data providers and third-party services.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fixes.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance application efficiency and reliability.
  • Implement robust domain logic using Java, supported by comprehensive unit and domain-level tests (e.g., compliance-related testing).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to support Java-based backend services integrated with Angular applications.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners to deliver features aligned with the product development roadmap.
  • Participate in technical planning and solution design to ensure successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and promote best practices in software development, testing, and maintainability.
  • Ensure applications are developed with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
