Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Trainer to join our Customer Retention group, as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As a Telesales Trainer, you will be the person who helps our team become their best, designing and delivering training programs that give our representatives the skills they need to succeed. Working closely with our sales team, you'll help people grow their careers while ensuring our customers receive excellent service every time they call.

At M-KOPA, great training means empowering people to reach their potential. You will create and deliver training programs that help new team members get started successfully and help existing representatives improve their skills. Your work directly impacts how well our team serves customers and achieves their goals.
You'll design comprehensive training programs for both new and existing telesales representatives, covering everything from product knowledge to sales techniques and customer service best practices. You'll identify where team members need extra support through performance analysis and deliver targeted training to help them improve their sales results.
Part of your role involves creating engaging training content and facilitating train-the-trainer sessions while conducting regular follow-ups to reinforce learning. You'll continuously update training materials to keep up with current sales strategies and product changes, and measure how effective your training programs are so you can make them even better.
You'll also work with leadership and quality assurance to maintain high standards, develop performance reports that track progress, and recommend improvements to processes and sales strategies based on what you learn from training sessions.
If you enjoy helping others succeed, like creating programs that make a difference, and want to be part of developing the next generation of sales professionals, this could be perfect for you.
This role reports to the Customer Retention Manager.

We need someone with 3-5 years of experience in telesales, contact centers, or training roles who has a strong background in designing and delivering sales training programs. You should have proven success in sales and the ability to coach others to achieve their targets.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to inspire and motivate teams. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can interpret performance data and provide helpful recommendations.
You should be comfortable using CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Most importantly, you should be passionate about helping people grow and succeed in their careers.
If you're ready to help build the skills of our sales team while supporting our mission to expand financial inclusion, we'd love to hear from you!
