  • Develop and execute structured onboarding and enablement plans to accelerate time-to-productivity and long-term partner success.
  • Initiate and manage the end-to-end sales process, from targeting, prospecting, through piloting, ramping and scaling their business with Lunar.
  • Perform regular in-the-field sales training with channel and distribution partners.
  • Focus on growth in market share and partner share of account utilizing value-based selling techniques.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify, communicate, and capitalize on local programs, incentives, and market opportunities.
  • Leverage regional insights to inform go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with evolving state-level policies and utility programs.

Desired Skills:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in the assigned region.
  • Strong knowledge of battery products, and the battery competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with solar installers, contractors, EPCs.
  • Some understanding of the grid services markets, wholesale markets, or distributed energy resource management solutions will be helpful but not essential.
  • Experience and understanding of distribution companies, and working with distribution teams will be highly desirable.
  • Experience in initiating and closing complex solution sales with the potential for expanding those solutions with additional hardware, software and services.
  • Experience building a pipeline and delivering deals against targets.
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex products and services to a broad audience.
  • Ability and willingness to keep tight and complete records in CRM.
