Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility

At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team within the department to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing and assembly operations. Your primary goal will be to keep production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration across teams.

You Will:

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organize, assign, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of work within established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Engineering, and Logistics—to maintain smooth workflows and resolve production challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to 6S standards of workplace organization.
  • Train and mentor new team members on procedures, safety protocols, and standard work practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
Escalate production challenges or material shortages to management in a timely manner.
  • Build team versatility by ensuring all operations within the area have adequate trained coverage.

You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current team member in the Department with at least 6 months in current role.
  • No active written concerns (disciplinary or attendance) on file.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies within the hiring department.
  • Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate a team toward achieving goals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with production KPIs and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
