We are currently seeking an Order Administrator to support the ME Order Operations team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saud Arabia. The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, field sales and delivery teams from reservation-, order-, throughout delivery- and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing and executing efficient processes will be key to enable smooth order placement, management and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxury experience.

The responsibilities for the Order Operations team are listed but not limited to ensure order placement, maintenance, data alignment across systems, oversee the revenue recognition including invoice generation, collaborate on the actual delivery milestones and create visibility via reports to internal stakeholders. These tasks will be performed in close collaboration cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics and Delivery.
