Job Description
Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility
At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.
We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.
Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.
The Network Project Coordinator plays a critical supporting role within Lucid Motors’ European Network & Business Development team. This role will provide hands-on coordination across all work streams of the department — including Network Development, Network Planning, and Retail Development (Facilities). It is ideally suited to someone with an automotive background and a strong project execution mindset.
As the team scales its presence across Europe, the Network Project Coordinator ensures that internal operations, task tracking, and project dependencies are managed effectively so that field teams can stay focused on engaging partners, launching new sites, and executing Lucid’s expansion strategy.
The Role:
Project Coordination
• Track and update actions across all network-related projects and workstreams
• Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of partner onboarding activities
• Ensure task accountability and timelines are maintained across the department
Team & Field Support
• Coordinate activity across Network Development, Network Planning, and Retail Development teams
• Assist field teams by managing documentation, contact records, and internal updates
• Help ensure all teams have the tools and materials needed to perform effectively
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for internal leadership
• Assist in scheduling and preparing content for team reviews and leadership updates
• Maintain shared documentation and version control for active projects
Operational Readiness
• Help develop repeatable templates and playbooks as network operations mature
• Support onboarding and coordination of new partners and facilities
Qualifications:
Experience & Background
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations within the automotive or retail sector
• Prior experience working in a cross-functional or matrix environment
Skills & Capabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using project tools (Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar)
• Clear communicator, able to follow up and manage multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of automotive network operations is preferred
Attributes
• Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Team player who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
Why This Role Matters
This role is a critical enabler for Lucid’s European network expansion. As the team grows its presence across key markets, the Network Project Coordinator ensures structure, accountability, and progress tracking across all functions. It’s an ideal role for someone looking to grow within the automotive industry, while gaining exposure to strategic projects and market activation at a pan-European level.
