At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

As an Associate Manager - 2nd Shift, you will coordinate and lead logistics functions to drive operational excellence across our business. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategies, enhancing team performance, and developing long-term solutions that create meaningful impact. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and help create an inclusive, safety-focused work environment.

You Will:

  • Support the development and execution of the Annual Business Plan for logistics operations.
  • Monitor and manage performance targets, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for your team, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to business standards.
  • Create, implement, and enhance standardized operating procedures.
  • Inspire and lead teams toward achieving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement using data-driven root cause analysis and lead process initiatives across departments.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure operational transparency and collaboration.
  • Develop forecasts and productivity plans that support operational goals and employee success.
  • Analyze productivity data to guide performance and promote high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive business impact across departments.
  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and implement cross-functional solutions.
  • Provide inclusive leadership that encourages collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Present operational solutions and improvements clearly, including their value and strategic fit.
  • Oversee equipment installation logistics, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination.
  • Manage relationships and responsibilities with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure resource availability to support project plans and delivery timelines.
  • Lead and support cross-functional internal projects involving sales, marketing, service, supply chain, manufacturing, and more.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety and continuously identify ways to improve the work environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Make timely, thoughtful decisions by balancing risks, urgency, and organizational priorities.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in any of the following fields: logistics, transportation management, warehouse operations, material flow, distribution center management, or related areas.
  • 4 years of experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of warehouse and manufacturing safety practices, including OSHA compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
