The Head of Product Management in the Information Technology (IT) is a senior leadership position reporting to Head of IT Sales, Service and Commerce Applications will oversee a substantial product management team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and B2B product portfolio for Sales, Customer Service and Commerce Applications used by Lucid to enable business teams across North America, EMEA and Middle East.
