Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Field Quality Engineer Improvement in all Middle East countries where Lucid vehicles are commercially available.
- Lead Field Quality Management including field issues collection, analysis, forecasting and monitor problem solving with cross-functional teams.
- Develop field Quality dashboards and ensure monitoring and tracking of performance through SMART KPI’s.
- Lead and manage campaigns process in coordination with Product Safety teams and Corporate Field Quality teams.
- Lead the overall planning, countermeasure support, repair strategy, field communications, interdepartmental coordination and government reporting duties that are required for the successful completion of each activity.
- Ensure inter-departmental collaboration between Field Quality team, Service Centers, Legal Department, Manufacturing Quality, Sales, and Warranty groups to meet regulatory requirements and ensure and improve the customer experience.
- Provide regulatory reporting data and maintain any supporting documents to track compliance performance and ensure accuracy.
- Provide support for all ad-hoc compliance requests (training, audits, presentations, etc.).
- Participate in final reflection activities to support recurrence prevention and continuous improvement.
- Collect and Track Customer Experience data and field Issues (PPM, warranty…).
- Collect data from the Field, ensure data analysis and lead problem solving Involving all required stakeholders (Manufacturing, Design, Suppliers…).
- Track field Issues action plans.
- Anticipate risks based on field data collection and analysis.
The Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive industry with minimum 5 years with OEM.
- Experience in Field Quality Management is required, including field issues collection, analysis, forecasting…
- Good understanding of Field Quality processes and Campaigns process.
- Good understanding of vehicle assembly processes, experience within an EV Is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of automotive regulations and automotive service environments
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Able to motivate, influence, gain consensus and support within a wide variety of supporting departments and can interface well with senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Exemplary verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization.
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Team and conflict management.
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office and plant floor environment with an eye for accuracy and attention to details.
- Critical management skills with a high level of initiative and sound judgement.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
