We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.
Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

Approximately 80% of this role is focused on Stakeholder Engagement & Information Gathering and translating them into process mapping and visualization, translating complex, cross-functional workflows into clear, structured, and accurate process maps.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to extract reliable, detailed process information from multiple teams and convert it into high-quality visual documentation that supports process optimization, system improvements, and executive understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Visualization
- Lead detailed as-is and to-be process mapping across core operational workflows using tools such as LucidChart, Visio (or similar platforms).
- Create high-quality visual process maps that clearly represent end-to-end workflows, system interactions (Salesforce, SAP), handoffs, exceptions, and dependencies.
- Ensure process maps are structured, standardized, and suitable for executive, cross-functional, and operational audiences.
- Continuously refine process maps based on stakeholder feedback and evolving operational needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Information Gathering
- Engage cross-functional teams to extract accurate and complete process details, including real-world practices and exceptions.
- Influence stakeholders to provide reliable inputs by asking the right questions and challenging inconsistencies.
- Facilitate process walk-through sessions and working discussions to validate process flows and assumptions.
Process Improvement Support
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks during process mapping exercises and flag improvement opportunities.
- Support the Manager in defining optimized to-be processes and future-state workflows.
- Assist in aligning ME-specific processes with global standards by clearly documenting variations and dependencies.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain process maps, SOPs, and supporting documentation in Confluence or approved knowledge repositories.
- Ensure all process documentation remains current, accessible, and aligned with system updates.
- Support onboarding and training efforts by providing clear visual process materials.
Performance & Continuous Improvement (Secondary Focus)
- Support tracking process effectiveness through defined KPIs and qualitative feedback.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-backed insights from process analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process mapping, business process analysis, or operations roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Visio or equivalent process mapping and visualization tools like Lucid chart or Miro
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, structured, executive-ready process visuals.
- Experience working across enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to extract accurate information from diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or complex operational environments.
- Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or other structured process mapping methodologies.
- Experience supporting regional/global process alignment initiatives.
- Exposure to transformation or scale-up environments.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
