  • Ensure office IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and fully operational
  • Own selected SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls related to Workplace IT

  • Experience working in a highly diverse, multicultural environment
  • Strong understanding of information security principles
  • Experience with budget management and hardware and software inventory management
  • Experience working with SOC 2 Type II and or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading IT teams in an environment that combines strong governance with innovation
  • Solid operational knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu LTS), macOS, and Windows
  • Experience administering Entra ID and Intune
  • Experience administering the Atlassian stack, especially Jira and Confluence

  • The opportunity to lead a flagship product line in a high-growth, globally recognized company.
  • A culture of ownership, impact, and innovation where your work directly supports climate resilience and infrastructure reliability.
  • Competitive compensation, equity options, and benefits.
  • A collaborative and learning environment - frequent internal workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, journal clubs and hackathons.
