As an IT Generalist, you will play a central role in the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT systems at Kraftblock. Your up-to-date knowledge and commitment will make you a valuable part of our multidisciplinary team and you will report directly to the CEO and COO.

• You will ensure the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT system and thus lay the foundation for scale-up opportunities for Kraftblock.
• In particular, you are responsible for the integration of the process software tool GB Tec.
• You are responsible for the integration and maintenance of SAP Business One in our daily business processes.
• You will help with the integration of a new document management system.
• You will support the design and continuous improvement of our IT-related processes and structures.
• You will work with modern IT systems and manage our external tools (e.g. for cybersecurity).
• You ensure the right standards through regular coordination.
• You are the main contact person for our IT system, you support and train our users in its effective use.
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, business informatics or a related field.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the IT field. Experience in start-ups and/or industry is an advantage.
• You have skills with SAP Business One and the ability to implement the GB Tec software tools in our business processes. Ideally, you have expertise in the finance, accounting and project controlling functions.
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
• You have a strong commitment and agile mindset to deliver high quality results.
• Your English and German language skills are very good.
