We're looking for a Working student/Junior Office Manager (part-time) to join our team in Munich and help keep things running smoothly, with the support of our Workplace Experience Manager.

🕗 This role will be in our office in Munich, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 12:00.

🔧 About the Role:

This is a entry-level position designed for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in office operations. You’ll help create a welcoming, well-organized space for our team—managing supplies, greeting guests, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the office.

You’ll work closely with our Workplace Experience Manager, who’s there to support you, answer questions, and help you grow. It's a great chance to learn and be part of a fun, people-first environment.

Your Impact:

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

🏢 Daily Office Operations:

Follow a daily checklist ✅ and help keep the office tidy and running smoothly

Greet guests 👋 and assist with meeting room setup ☕

Handle mail 📬 and packages consistently

📦 Supplies & Inventory:

Keep supplies and snacks stocked and organized 🍪🧃

Handle pfand bottle returns ♻️ and keep crate areas tidy

🚀 Process Support:

Help improve small day-to-day processes 🧠

Take initiative and ask for help when needed 🙋

Coordinate vendors like cleaners and delivery services 🚚

🤝 Team Support & Communication:

Be proactive with updates 💬

Answer teammate questions with a smile 😄

Follow up on maintenance and small fixes 🔧

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is available to work from the office in the mornings

A positive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn 🙌

Organized and reliable with an eye for detail 🔍

Good communication skills 💬 (Proficient English & German)

Experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is a plus 🍽️—but not required

Students and people with little experience are very welcome! 🎓
