Job Description:

We are seeking a Working Student for our IT Team to join our team of innovators. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking solutions that solve real-world problems. You will work alongside a team of experts who are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and driving innovation forward. If you're a go-getter who's not afraid to think outside the box, we want to hear from you. You'll be a key driver of our culture, helping to ensure that our values are embedded in everything we do.

Your Impact:

• You'll be responsible for preparing laptops and IT equipment for new employees, ensuring they have a seamless start.
• You'll be responsible for providing first-level support to team members, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• You'll be responsible for assisting in periodic reviews of systems and user access rights to maintain security and efficiency.
• You'll be responsible for testing new features of our cloud-based tools and supporting migration projects to enhance our IT infrastructure.

• You have experience with or are willing to learn tools like Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Zoom and others.
