We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and support the execution and optimization of our paid media strategy across multiple channels. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital growth marketing, learn from an experienced team, and make a real impact in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns that promote Kayrros products and initiatives. You’ll be directly involved in managing our LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Twitter (X) campaigns, helping to monitor spend, optimize performance, and propose creative improvements to drive engagement and conversions.
You’ll also collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to help create and promote high-impact content, ensuring we have the right assets and messages for each campaign.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor ongoing LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Twitter (X) campaigns
- Track campaign performance, spending, and key KPIs daily
- Identify optimization opportunities in visuals, copy, and formats to improve ROI
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance experiments
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and content planning
- Work with the Product team to develop promotional content and creative assets
- Help maintain and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for growth, awareness, and lead-generation initiatives
- Explore, test and evaluate new acquisition channels
