Our platform orchestrates millions of real-time decisions across homes, devices, markets and grids. By combining predictive algorithms with human-centred design, Kaluza makes clean energy dependable, affordable and adaptive to everyday life.

What will I be doing?

As Principal Programme Manager, you will hold single-point accountability for the Kaluza–ENGIE implementation across France. Reporting to the Client Delivery Director, this role demands a seasoned practitioner who balances strategic leadership with a passion for execution detail. You will leverage a world-class toolkit and structured governance to keep our largest, cross-functional workstreams moving flawlessly forward.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Drive execution across all eight implementation tracks of the Kaluza-ENGIE France program, backed by formal decision rights.
  • Critical Path Governance: Enforce rigorous weekly steering, actively managing variance, tracking multi-country milestones, and executing rapid escalation paths for time-critical blockers.
  • Data-Driven Transparency: Establish high-fidelity program reporting grounded in velocity and FTE data to replace optimism bias with realistic, predictable planning.
  • RAIDD & Dependency Management: Own the comprehensive RAIDD log, identifying and mitigating cross-stream and Global Core technical dependencies before they impact delivery-critical dates.
  • Scope & Change Control: Formally manage scope change requests to prevent creep and protect the integrity of core contractual agreements.
  • High-Stakes Stakeholder Alignment: Formulate and sign off on a joint delivery responsibility matrix while serving as the primary delivery counterpart to ENGIE's senior leadership.

About You

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • A proven track record as the single accountable delivery lead on large-scale, complex enterprise SaaS or software implementations - ideally within energy retail, utilities, or comparably regulated sectors.
  • Elite governance and controls capability, showing mastery over critical path analysis, risk management framework deployment, and complex stakeholder steering committees.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a reputation for establishing high levels of client trust through credibility, data, and candor.
  • Expert command of planning and collaboration ecosystems like MSP, Jira, and Confluence to drive standardization across cross-functional engineering and product tracks.
  • Strong cross-cultural awareness and geographic flexibility to handle frequent travel across London, Paris, and Brussels.

What will set you apart:

  • Deep familiarity with core European energy retail business processes (billing engines, market messaging, CRM dynamics, or massive legacy customer migrations).
