What will I be doing? At Kaluza, we don't just manage operations; we pioneer scalable solutions that drive our mission forward. As an Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in tackling our most complex operational challenges, designing and implementing efficient systems and solutions that support Kaluza's rapid growth and ensure a seamless experience for our B2B partners and internal teams. In this high-impact role, you will: Design & Optimize Scalable Processes: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then build and refine robust, automated processes that support Kaluza's hyper-growth, from initial customer engagement through to service delivery. Lead Critical Projects: Own and execute end-to-end operational projects that enhance our ability to deliver at speed and at scale. Enhance Operational Excellence: Continuously seek out new features, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver an unparalleled experience for our B2B customers and internal users. Manage Key Relationships: Oversee critical vendor and partner relationships as needed, establishing performance tracking systems and negotiating commercial terms that optimize value and mitigate risk. Leverage Data for Impact: Dive deep into operational data to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement. Self identify opportunities: Proactively look for opportunities to further enhance Kaluza’s ability to deliver and excel leading from the front in the drive for operational excellence and customer centricity.
About You You're a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented Operations Manager with a proven track record of solving complex problems in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You possess a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make a tangible impact. Ideally, you'll have/be: Proven Operations Experience: Multiple years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment, with a clear history of driving significant improvements. Exceptional Problem Solver: A natural ability to dissect complex operational challenges into manageable components and develop elegant, data-backed solutions. AI-Driven Optimization: Experience in identifying opportunities for, deploying, and effectively utilizing AI-powered tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and unlock new insights within a business context. Project Leadership: A solid track record of owning and leading complex projects from inception to successful completion, demonstrating strong organizational and execution skills. Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for optimization. Strategic & Proactive: Highly curious and entrepreneurial, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and make a measurable impact on business outcomes. Relationship Builder: Skilled in managing critical vendor and stakeholder relationships, with strong negotiation and communication abilities. What will set you apart STEM Degree: A degree (or equivalent) in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field. B2B SaaS experience: You've navigated the unique operational complexities of a rapidly scaling B2B software company. Experience with global operations: You understand the nuances of managing processes and relationships across diverse international markets. Track record of hyper-automation: You've actively implemented and leveraged intelligent automation tools to streamline workflows. A passion for the energy transition: A genuine interest in Kaluza's mission to decarbonize the energy sector and make a real-world impact.
