Job title: Executive Assistant Location: London / Bristol - Hybrid Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Closing date for applications: Wednesday 28 February

What will I be doing? In this all-encompassing and dynamic role you’ll be supporting our CEO based in Washington DC, our Chief Product Officer based in London, and our VP of Product who’s also based in London. As our main hub is in the UK, you’ll ideally need to be based in London or Bristol. In this varied Executive Assistant role, you’ll be responsible for: Efficient management of the CEO, CPO, and VP of Product’s time, and oversight of their diaries to ensure it aligns with business priorities Being the point of contact for the CEO, CPO, VP Product Organising key meetings, such as executive offsites and product leadership meetings Liaising with the executive team to ensure clear communication and clarity on business challenges or opportunities Managing communication between the CEO, Founder, Board, Investors and Senior Management and the wider business Supporting on board papers Networking and relationship building on behalf of the CEO Managing travel and expenses
Is this the job for me? As Executive Assistant you will cultivate strong relationships with the CEO, CPO, and VP Product, plus the wider teams and all stakeholders; effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You’ll also need to be highly proactive and always be one step ahead. Ideally you will have/be: Someone who is confident in your own abilities, sharp and ‘on-it’ and not afraid to ask questions and push back when you need to. Strong commercial sense and use judgement to make decisions. A consummate gatekeeper and as such you will have conviction in your actions. Agile and able to pre-empt the CEO, CPO, and VP Product needs, and also be able to offer alternatives. This role will require an individual who is adaptable and who can react quickly to fast-paced, changeable schedules and events, and all whilst remaining calm. Ideally you will have experience of entrepreneurial environments and start-ups and a tech understanding. Conscious in your working ethics. Be an ambassador of the business at all times.
