Things you’ll do in this role:

• Build and manage People processes: onboarding, payroll, performance reviews etc. in partnership with our Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer.
• Build rituals and systems that strengthen culture and employee experience.
• Provide managers and leaders with the data, information and tools they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Support general and business operations as needed—we’re a lean ops team by design and we’re all generalists.

Things we’re looking for:

• Excellent at managing time and juggling quick wins alongside bigger strategic projects.
• A brilliant communicator. You’re the kind of person who’s known for hearing what’s not being said—and for being able to get people excited about anything.
• You will have designed processes from scratch many times before, thought conceptually about the purpose of each and be experienced in tracking metrics which allow you to understand their efficacy.
