Things you’ll do in this role:

• Lead Isometric’s marketing work—including announcements, campaigns, and generating leads.
• Craft Isometric’s key messages and product positioning on our website and all other customer-facing materials.
• Line manage a team of 1 - 2.

Things we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in a marketing (or comms) role. Start-up experience preferred.
• Excellent copywriter.
• Highly organised and effective at managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Experience with launching products and running campaigns.

This role isn’t for you if:

• You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week.
• You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.
