About The Role

Isometric’s Growth team is expanding, and we are seeking dynamic sales and business development professionals to join our fast-growing team. You will play a pivotal role in charting Isometric’s business strategy by identifying business opportunities and educating a new class of buyers on the importance of scientific rigor in the CDR market. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing market and your contributions will make an impact from Day 1.

We welcome candidates from a range of experience levels. As a high-growth, early-stage start-up, roles are dynamic and our focus is on bringing in team members who demonstrate our principles and a high-aptitude for self-direction, an action-oriented mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new leads and guide them through the entire sales process, with a focus on building trust and long term relationships.
  • Educate buyers on our mission and the critical importance of meeting the highest scientific standards when purchasing CDR.
  • Feed market insights and your learnings from customers back to product teams.
  • Act as a thought leader by identifying and acting on the highest impact opportunities to bolster Isometric’s revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years experience in sales or business development, though we are seeking candidates representing a wide range of experience levels.
  • Experience successfully closing deals within one of our key buyer segments: financial services, professional services, multinationals, heavy industry or technology firms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and think creatively in sourcing leads, structuring deals and brokering multi-party solutions.
  • Technical aptitude (either professional or personal), with a desire to deepen your understanding of CDR to collaborate with our Policy, Science and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in climate and/or carbon markets is a plus.
