As a Working Student in Payments and User Conversion, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our app's payment systems and enhancing user conversion rates. You will work closely with our finance, product, and marketing teams to implement strategies that improve user experience, streamline payment processes, and drive conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of payment methods and processes to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support the implementation of conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing, user feedback collection, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the product , operations , marketing and development teams to identify and resolve payment-related issues during the ideation phase of app development.
• Contribute to the development of promotional strategies aimed at increasing app subscriptions and purchases.
• Help monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payments and user conversion.
• Participate in user research to understand payment preferences and barriers to conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payments and conversion optimization.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in payments, fintech, or app development.
• Zeal to learn and implement analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Previous internship or working experience in a related field is a plus.
