Job Description

• Ensure high availability and high level of quality of IONITY’s HPC Network
• Perform technology review on operational behalf for new charging infrastructure, software, tools and systems to ensure seamless operations of the IONITY Network
• Provide learnings, insights and guidelines concerning troubleshooting of IONITY’s HPC Network towards the IONITY team and external support
• Collect and Manage requirements for optimization of IT-systems and supporting IT-tools (internal and external
• Support in regards of data analysis concerning operation of IONITY’s HPC Network
• Support the team in Knowledge management by sharing insights as well as updates and structuring information required for different kind of consumers
• Support IONITY Operations with technical analysis and problem solving for the IONITY Network
• Perform Quality analysis of the IONITY Network and check reports provided by suppliers
• Education as engineer (preferred Electrotechnical or IT background)
• Long term experience in operating and analyzing charging infrastructure or comparable technology/networks
• High level of knowledge concerning charging-infrastructure/ -technology and power electronics
• High competency in data analysis and reading/understanding statistics
• Experience in remote analysis and resolution of technical issues via remote access
• Good Level of knowledge concerning IT-Systems and communication technology
• Very good technical analyzing skills
• High competency in sharing knowledge
• Professional experience in following up on quality issues

• Strong communication skills in English
