Role Summary:

• Part of the newly formed business unit B2C in product management team, reporting to the head of the BU
• Responsible for building IONITY’s App2.0 – the upcoming IONITY customer compendium, providing all relevant features and meeting IONITY’s quality and launch date expectations

• Act as the go-to person for all IONITY app related topics

  Role Responsibilities:

• Support our ambitious growth plans in the B2C business by providing best-in-class customer experience and supporting customer acquisition, conversion and retention
• Manage definition of IONITY’s next generation of smartphone apps (Android and iOS) across internal stakeholders and customer expectations
• Recognize needs/issues of EV drivers to develop new features/services of this
• Create a future-proof, scalable and value-add customer frontend (mobile app) to promote usage of EV charging network
• Drive app development and process implement to secure go live in time and quality
• Develop app strategy and align with internal stakeholders
• Secure best-in-class customer experience, provide most valuable features and manage continuous improvements

• Closely monitor market trends, customer behavior and feature adoption in collaboration with our customer research and sales teams

  BS in (industrial) Engineering, product design or other relevant degree
