The Rollout Manager DACH is responsible for the timely roll-out of the IONITY High-Power-Charging network in Germany, Switzerland and Austria by developing secured locations from initial sketch to final installation across countries. The Rollout Manager reports to the Country Manager.

• Your starting point is a secured site, handed over by the Network Development Manager, that needs to be planned and built
• Develop site layouts and obtain building permits in close collaboration with external planning companies and partners
• Manage grid connections with local distribution net operators
• Manage and drive construction and installation tenders to identify, select and control suitable build-up partners
• Drive external communication with permitting authorities, grid operators, site partners and external partners
• Plan, manage and oversee multiple construction sites and coordinate logistics for parts such as transformer stations, charging hardware and grid connections
• Hand over sites to the internal Operations team for site commissioning and go live
• Roll-out of network in his/her region in time, quality and budget
• Provide comprehensive reporting and regular updates to the Country Manager
• Travel up to 80% - mainly to Germany, Switzerland, Austria
• Office is based in Munich - Home office in Germany or Austria possible
• >2 years experience in a comparable construction/installation environment, ideally infrastructure projects
• Vocational training/studies as a civil engineer, electrical engineer or similar
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Technical understanding of electrical components
• Ability to remotely manage cross-national and fast-moving projects
• Multi-language skills: Fluent in English and German required, French is a plus
• Driver’s license required
