Drive the digital workplace at IONITY.

We're expanding our IT team and looking for a (Junior) IT Systems Administrator to help build and maintain a robust, modern workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for our internal IT systems and services.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Support and continuously improve our IT infrastructure with a mindset for automation and operational excellence.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Participate in our weekly remote phone shift rota (with additional compensation).
• Serve as a point of contact for IT-related questions, helping colleagues resolve issues reliably.
• Support workplace security standards and best practices, in close cooperation with our cybersecurity team.

• Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender for Endpoint
• JAMF (for Mac environments)
• Windows / macOS / iOS / iPadOS
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• AWS (selected infrastructure)
• Dracoon (secure file sharing)

• ChatGPT and other productivity tools

• You love to support, consult and inspire others in IT topics of daily work/life or projects
• You like to travel and enjoy time with your teammates
• You are communicative
• You have the deep motivation do develop yourself and learn
• You have an intrinsic curiosity and passion about IT and Tech Trends
• You are solution driven with a high level of self-motivation for IT topics

What to Expect

• Work model: Hybrid – primarily remote, with 1–3 days/week in our Munich office.
• Team: Collaborative and international – we work closely across functions and value transparency and mutual support.
• Communication: English (company language) and German (B2+ required) – other languages are welcome.
• Engagement: Expect hands-on experience and opportunities to grow your technical and interpersonal skills.
