Job Description

  • Ensure high level of quality and standards of IONITY EV Network’s management
  • Work closely with the Commissioning Manager and Service Partner Manager on electrical systems, documentation and asset management to ensure sustainable operability of the IONITY Network
  • Thoroughly review construction and electrical documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate and follow-up internal and external stakeholders to address specific issues related to the commissioning and handover processes
  • Create and maintain clear and concise work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation
  • Develop visual illustrations, including electrical diagrams and edited photos, to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of documentation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content
  • Maintain a systematic approach to asset documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records via heavily use of ticketing systems and IT-tools
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the asset management of each site is clean, well-organized and fitting service partners’ requirements
  • Perform status analysis, check and follow-up on reports provided by suppliers, heavily using ticketing system
  • Periodically participate in on-site commissioning activities across Europe to assess readiness for operational go-live and identify potential learning for improvements
  • Education as engineer (preferred Electrotechnical) or professional electrotechnical expertise
  • Proven experience in either installing/commissioning or operating charging infrastructure or comparable technology/networks
  • Experience with writing technical instructions/procedures for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment
  • Experience with reviewing technical/PPM reports including understanding of technical/electronic drawings (reading/drawing)
  • Very good technical analyzing skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Good Level of knowledge concerning IT-Systems and communication technology
  • Software Skills: Drawing/editing electrical schematics: AutoCad/ProfiCad/EPlan or similar. Suite Office (Word, Excel). You are the right person for this job if:
  • You have huge interest in technology and affinity for charging infrastructure and electro technique
  • You have interest in documenting results, checking related processes and are keen on ensuring the highest quality standards in asset management.
  • You like to analyze issues based on data and like to challenge quality in data sources as well as on site whilst working with suppliers
  • You are experienced in managing service partners and like sharing knowledge
  • You are a team player and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere with fun at work
  • You have very good written and spoken English language skills
  • You have experience with asset management tools, ticket tools, backends, etc.
