Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with an electrical engineering (EE) background and relevant CE certification. This role is responsible for testing and integration testing of electric motorcycle electrical & electronic accessories to ensure that the quality and performance of the products meet standards and specifications.

Job Description:

  1. Design, formulate and implement test plans for electric motorcycle electrical accessories, including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing
  2. Perform data collection, analysis and recording during the test process to ensure that the test results are accurate and reliable
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications during testing
  4. Work closely with the R&D team on test results and participate in product improvement and optimization
  5. Actively solve problems that arise during the testing process, track, review and verify the effectiveness of solutions
  6. Assist in developing and updating test documents and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  7. Write detailed test reports recording subjective and objective findings and any issues
  8. Ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Possess CE certification experience, familiar with the certification process and standard requirements
  • At least 3 years of electrical accessories testing or related work experience, experience in the EV industry is preferred
  • Familiar with electrical testing equipment and tools, able to independently conduct testing operations
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to quickly and accurately identify and solve issues
  • Demonstrate team spirit and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and written skills, able to clearly report the test progress and results to the team and superiors
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
