Roles & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various technical programs related to the bike development and production.

This role requires a strong background in project management, technical understanding of vehicles, and the ability to drive collaboration across different departments:

• Program Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, manufacturing teams to define program objectives and deliverables.
• Technical Oversight:
• Understand the technical aspects of bike development, including battery systems, motor technology, and software - hardware integration.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality teams to ensure technical requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Timeline and Budget Management:
• Track program progress against established timelines and budgets.
• Implement effective change control processes to manage scope changes and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in Engineering related roles (Process, Automation, R&D, Mechanical) within manufacturing industry.
• Coming from automotive manufacturing industry (vehicles, parts manufacturers) is an advantage.
• Familiarity of electric vehicle technology: including battery systems, motor controllers, and software - hardware integration.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs on time and within technical specifications and requirements.
• Solid knowledge of product development lifecycle, from conception to production.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
