Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspiring Creativity: Unleash your imagination to develop innovative concepts through sketching, CAD and renderings.
• Cutting-Edge Prototyping: Collaborate with a team of passionate engineers to turn your ideas into tangible prototypes, using state-of-the-art materials and technologies.
• Human-Centred Design: Put the rider at the centre of your design process, empathising with their needs, preferences, and desires to create bikes that resonate deeply with them.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and analysing market trends, consumer demands, and competitor products to identify unique design opportunities.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine and improve your designs through iterative processes, seeking feedback from team members and focus groups to achieve perfection.
• Concept Presentations: Engage and excite stakeholders by delivering captivating presentations that showcase the essence and potential of your designs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of your designs into the production process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your design prowess and creative vision.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and 3D modelling tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Keyshot).
• Strong knowledge of motorbike mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes will be a plus.
