Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Verify documents and ensure completeness of documents for recording.
- Prepare and process payments
- Monitor cash flow, including estimation of fund requirements.
- Issuing Finance and accounting reports, balance sheet and income statement
- Manage and process the company's financial data, balance sheet income statement, cash flow statement in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform the work of the company's finance & Accounting reports including for Tax purposes
- Manage all financial aspects of fixed assets, AP, AR, Petty Cash and Bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate and monitor the planning, reporting and payment of the company's tax obligations to be efficient, accurate, timely and in accordance with applicable government regulations.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the process of developing finance & Accounting systems and procedures.
- Ensure that documentation and filling are well organized.
Qualifications :
- Has a minimum experience of 7 - 8 years in the same field
- Proven in making financial accounting statements
- Have experience leading a small team or developing others
- Had knowledge for SAP would be preferable
