As a Working Student in People & Culture, you support us in crafting an outstanding employee experience and strengthening our company culture. You will gain hands-on insights into core HR processes and actively contribute to projects and initiatives in areas such as onboarding, recruiting, HR administration, and event management.

In this integrated role, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Onboarding & HR processes: You actively shape the onboarding experience for new colleagues — from planning and facilitating the onboarding week to continuously optimizing our processes.
• Recruiting support: You coordinate interviews and meetings, communicate with applicants, and maintain candidate profiles in Personio. Creating and publishing job postings on Recruitee is also part of your responsibilities.
• HR administration: You handle operational tasks in day-to-day HR — from onboarding new employees to maintaining and updating personnel data in Personio and Box.
• Contract & document management: You prepare employment contracts, references, and certificates, ensuring legally compliant and well-organized documentation.
• Team & company culture: You assist with planning and executing internal events, contributing actively to a positive and open company culture.
