Job Description
At Instagrid you enable our company to contribute in the clean-tech revolution by keeping our office as well as our administration processes in order, and setting the base for our allover success, making our daily business and projects run smoothly as well as creating an office environment where all of us feel comfortable.
- Administrative Support: Filing, data entry, amanaging office supplies, and handling mail and packages
- Communication: Managing phone calls, emails, and international correspondence
- Office Management: Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining office spaces
- Document Preparation: Creating and formatting reports, presentations, and other documents
- Research: Gathering information for various projects and supporting decision-making
- Event Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of office events or meetings
- Project Assistance: Providing support for ongoing projects as needed
