Job Description
As a Service Engineer (m/f/d), you oversee our new developments during the industrialization phase and in the first few months in the field. You develop a deep technical understanding of the products, their functionality, and potential fault patterns, and you convert this knowledge into clearly structured processes for fault diagnosis and repair. You provide valuable feedback to our quality team and contribute as a stakeholder in product development by describing requirements from the service technician's perspective. With your product-specific expertise, you support both our customer support and our service technicians in solving complex issues.
- You develop repair concepts for our new developments in the product portfolio in coordination with product developers and managers
- You validate your repair concepts during the prototype phases and develop an early understanding of all faults
- You act as a contact person for technical questions from customer support and service technicians
- You train new service technicians or external service partners
- You work together with the quality and development team
