Als (Senior) Recruiter (f/m/d) übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für deinen Aufgabenbereich, entwickelst Recruitingstrategien und bist ein strategischer Ansprechpartner für deine Stakeholder. Deinen Blick richtest du über das Recruiting hinaus auf die gesamte Candidate Experience, damit die Kandidaten*innen ein reibungsloses und herausragendes Erlebnis erfahren.
Darin bist du gut:
- Verantwortung für den kompletten End-to-End Recruitingprozess übernehmen
- Mit Hilfe von Active Sourcing auf die Suche nach Talenten gehen und diese gezielt ansprechen
- Eng mit den jeweiligen Hiring Managern zusammenarbeiten und ein geschätzter Partner bei Hiring Entscheidungen sein
- Durch verschiedene Employer Branding Maßnahmen einen Talentpool aufbauen und kontinuierlich erweitern
- Unsere externen Dienstleister auswählen und als Ansprechpartner agieren
- Projekte und Prozesse auf der Grundlage von KPIs strukturieren und weiterentwickelen
