Begründet durch unser starkes Wachstum, steht ein Umzug in unser neues Office bevor. Als Office Manager (w/m/d) übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für diesen Aufgabenbereich und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Beteiligten. Deinen Blick richtest du dabei über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus auf das gesamte Projekt, um ein reibungslosen Ablauf und eine herausragende Erfahrung für Alle zu ermöglichen.
Darin bist du gut:
- Projektmanagement mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern (Projektteam, Architekten, Sicherheitsexperten, ...)
- Organisationstalent und Ansprechpartner für alle Rückfragen die Projektbeteiligten
- Tagesgeschäft im Bereich Office Management inklusive Fleet Management
- Koordination der globalen Office Aktivitäten (Frankreich, Finnland, UK)
- Übernahme der Rolle des/der Arbeitssicherheitsbeauftragten und aller dazugehörigen Tätigkeiten
