Job Description
Als Logistikmanager (w/m/d) sorgst du für die reibungslose Auslieferung unserer Produkte an unsere Kunden. Dabei koordinierst Du die Wertschöpfungskette von der Abholung unserer Batteriesysteme bei unseren Fertigungspartnern bis zum termingerechten Transport an den Zielort und optimierst ständig unsere Lieferkette. Du bist für unseren Kundensupport der zentrale Ansprechpartner in der Logistik und sorgst für einen sauberen Informationsfluss zwischen uns und unseren Logistikdienstleistern. Dabei
- verantwortest du die kontinuierliche Auftragsverfolgung sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Lagerbeständen
- gestaltest du die Prozesse im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung und des Retouren-managements
- baust du eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikdienstleistern auf, identifizierst anfallende Kosten und übernimmst das Anfragenmanagement mit neuen Dienstleistern
- verantwortest du die rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen und deren Logistik
- bist du Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Key Account Manager und das Customer Success Team in allen Fragen rund um die Logistik
- analysierst und optimierst du unsere operativen Logistikprozesse und bist verantwortlich für die Überwachung und das Reporting der entsprechenden Kennzahlen
