Job Description
INERATEC's innovative chemical reactor technology is the key to the energy transition.
INERATEC builds chemical plants in which synthetic fuels and sustainable synthetic products are produced from greenhouse gases such as CO2 and renewable electricity.
As part of the team in our Machining Technology and Plant Manufacturing department, you will be actively involved in the successful production of precise components for our reactor construction plants.

- Setting up the 3-axis milling machine and monitoring the production processes
- Milling precise components, as well as guiding and setting up the CNC milling machine
- Carrying out tool changes, dimensional corrections and, if necessary, programming changes
- Manual and mechanical reworking of the manufactured components
- Ensuring production quality and creating detailed documentation and measurement reports
- Pre-assembly of assemblies for process engineering systems/reactors
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator / CNC milling cutter or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the operation, setup and programming of CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of the Heidenhain programming language (desirable)
- Skilled in reading technical drawings
- Good knowledge of German
- Hands-on mentality
