• Collecting and reviewing existing work instructions from various areas of the company
• Structuring and converting the instructions into a uniform, clear format
• Integrating the revised documents into the operating manual
• Coordinating with plant operators on site to validate and update content
• Creating or revising work instructions based on operating experience and process optimizations
• Support in the continuous improvement of the manual and documentation processes
• Currently enrolled in a technical or business degree program (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar)
• Interest in process management, documentation, and technical editing
• Structured and meticulous approach to work
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
