• You are the first point of contact for IT questions and technical faults
• You will also look after and manage our client systems: Notebooks, mobile devices, monitors, accessories
• This also includes preparing workstations - from hardware to software - and supporting new colleagues during onboarding
• You provide rapid assistance via our ticket system, document solutions and continuously improve our knowledge database
• You help to make our IT even better - with small projects, automation or tool selection
• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT clerk or similar)
• You love to solve problems - quickly, in a structured manner and in the interests of the users
• Initial experience in IT support (client systems, Microsoft 365, Windows, ideally Azure)
• You communicate clearly - in German (good) and English (solid)
