The Position

Do you have a passion for recruiting? Then this role at Hive might be the perfect fit for you! As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Hive, you’ll shape how we attract, assess, and hire the people powering Europe’s fastest-growing operations scale-up.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for some of our Operations (80%) and Tech (20%) roles — from sourcing to signed offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and structured interview processes.
  • Source proactively across multiple channels to build strong, diverse pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Hive’s culture of speed and collaboration.
  • Use recruiting data to track funnel performance and improve time-to-hire and conversion rates.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working to scale hiring effectively.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 + years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple searches while maintaining quality and velocity.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Skilled with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, analytics dashboards).
  • Clear and confident communicator in English; German or another European language is a plus.
  • High level of ownership, organization, and passion for building outstanding candidate experiences.
