What You Will Be Doing:

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team and the first talent sourcer hired at Helion, you will spearhead the sourcing and engagement strategy for all pipelines. Your mission is to identify the brilliant engineers, scientists and builders who will play a pivotal role in realizing the promise of fusion energy for the world. Your contributions are integral to our company's overarching success. Your dedication will be instrumental in shaping our future and the future of clean energy. This role sits in our Everett, WA office and reports to our Talent Acquisition Manager.

You Will:

• Own and manage the sourcing process for all candidates, employing various channels and innovative methods to identify and engage specialized talent
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to enhance sourcing strategies and build robust candidate pipelines
• Focus on delivering a steady stream of high-quality, diverse candidates to support our hiring goals
• Conduct talent mapping and research to identify potential candidates in the market
• Leverage competitive intelligence to stay ahead in sourcing specialized talent

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing passive talent, with a focus on technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring teams to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and skillsets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

The pay range for this position is $120k-175k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
