The Recruitment & Compensation Analyst (Contract) is a hybrid role, responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting, and executing compensation studies and researching industry trends. This position reports to the Associate Director of Compensation and HCM, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This is a non-exempt temporary position, and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm OR 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). This position will be fully remote and is expected to travel up to 10%.
