The Job

You enable EV charging everywhere.

As Roaming Manager at GreenFlux, you support the management and commercial operations of the GreenFlux roaming services. In this role, you report to the Roaming Excellence Manager, and you collaborate with our Product Owner Roaming, Roaming Operations teams, and Roaming Managers across Europe to deliver high-quality roaming services to GreenFlux customers.

You will contribute to enhancing our roaming service to drive revenue generation for GreenFlux. Additionally, you will engage in internal projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the roaming related organization. The position involves helping identify and mitigate business risks, updating the roaming service setup in the GreenFlux platform and supporting the Roaming Excellence Manager with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist coordinating with Product Owner, Sales, and Roaming Managers on market and product needs/requests

• Reporting, monitoring and forecasting of GreenFlux transaction volumes

• Assist in validating and processing revenue/invoicing flows related to roaming transactions

• Communicating with roaming partners (CPOs/suppliers and EMPs/customers) and other stakeholders in the roaming ecosystem internally.

• Help analyze tariff/pricing structures in line with customer needs, budgets and market regulations

• Support the future developments of GreenFlux roaming services

• Perform hands-on configurations/actions in the GreenFlux platform

• You love crunching numbers… analyzing the current business to identify risks and opportunities
