Summary:
The Director of Operations and Maintenance is responsible for developing and scaling the
GoodLeap O&M department. In this role, the Director will create the business processes
required to successfully manage and care for our installed customers. The Director will
work with internal GoodLeap employees, along with installers and other 3rd parties to
ensure immediate system remediation when necessary. Internal employees and external
parties will be held accountable to SOPs and KPIs developed, implemented, and tracked by
the Director of O&M. The buildout of the O&M organization will always keep the customer
as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve
the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.
