The Technical Recruiter will partner with our current recruiting and hiring teams to set and execute on the hiring strategy for technical roles critical to Fox Robotics overall growth and success. While this is a short-term seasonal position, there is potential for conversion based on performance and additional workload. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to our top of class recruiting program and processes.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain our recruiting strategy, process and team
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
• Collaborate and develop relationships with hiring managers
• Create, post and manage job descriptions
• Interview candidates using a combination of structured interviews and assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with passive candidates on current job openings
• Negotiate offers and effectively close candidates successfully
• Remove bottlenecks that prevent positive and efficient candidate and hiring experiences

What you’ll need:

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience placing various tough-to-fill technical and non-technical positions
• Ability to understand and explain positions related to various roles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (experience w/ Greenhouse a plus)
• Adaptive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency
• Located within a commutable distance to our Austin, TX office

Nice to have:

• Experience within fast paced start-ups in growth mode
• Experience sourcing within specialized technical and non-technical spaces (e.g. robotics, autonomy, manufacturing)
• Ability to juggle both technical and non-technical roles, it'll be a split focus
• Willingness to put best foot forward and do what it takes to win
• Full cycle recruiting from running an intake, to assessing applicants, through negotiation and closing
