Deine Aufgaben
- Du wirst für verschiedene mikrobiologische Aufgaben verantwortlich sein, wie die Kultivierung, Transformation und Überprüfung verschiedener Mikrobenarten, einschließlich Bakterien und Hefen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für PCR, das Design und Klonen von Konstrukten über verschiedene Strategien, SDS-PAGE und Western-Blotting.
- Du sorgst für eine sterile Arbeitsweise mit Kulturen verschiedener Mikrobenarten in Sicherheitswerkbänken.
- Du bereitest Medien, Reagenzien und Lagerlösungen vor.
- Du dokumentierst alle Ergebnisse ausführlich in einem elektronischen Laborbuch (ELN).
