Then join our dynamic and driven team, channeling your expertise in DSP equipment, process modelling, and up-scaling for the revolutionary realm of recombinant protein production.

Your responsibilities
- Manage Technical Aspects of DSP Equipment
- Hands-on proficiency in operating and maintaining DSP equipment, coupled with advanced knowledge to perform complex troubleshooting of process and equipment failures, as well as the development of technical assessments
- Utilise Standard Process Techniques
- Showcase your proficiency in non-chromatographic standard process techniques such as filtration, extraction, centrifugation, precipitation, and drying, starting from 20 litres working volumes
- Characterise proteins using SDS-PAGE, BCA assay, and other biochemical assays to determine protein purity and quality attributes
- Expertise in Microbial Processing
- Apply your experience in the safe and effective processing of microbial samples
- Tech Transfer
- Establish relevant process transfer documents and cGMP documents to support successful implementation of process technology in manufacturing operations including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) draft and review
- Process Modeling and Up-scaling Knowledge
- Apply your expertise in process modelling, development, optimisation, and up-scaling to enhance recombinant protein production
- Support and work closely with upstream processing
