Über die Rolle
Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n und analytisch denkende/n Research Associate zur Verstärkung unseres Protein Analytics Teams in Frankfurt am Main. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung analytischer Methoden mit einem starken Fokus auf HPLC-UV-Analytik, sowie die physikochemische und funktionale Charakterisierung von Proteinen und Proteinpulvern. Du unterstützt bei Forschungsprojekten, indem du qualitativ hochwertige analytische Daten lieferst, die zur Optimierung unserer fermentativ hergestellten Proteine für Lebensmittelanwendungen beitragen.
Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams arbeitest du eng mit WissenschaftlerInnen aus den Bereichen Bio-Engineering, Food Science und Fermentation zusammen. Deine Arbeit leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Verlässlichkeit unserer Analysen und damit zum Erfolg unserer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte.
