Deine Rolle wird dazu beitragen, eine zuverlässige IT-Abdeckung für unseren Standort in Frankfurt sicherzustellen, insbesondere im Bereich 1st Level Support und Verfügbarkeit. Des Weiteren erwarten dich aufregende IT-Projekte, die dir spannende Einblicke in die Welt der IT eines aufstrebenden Food Tech Start-ups ermöglichen werden.
- Hardware- & Anwendungssupport: Vorbereitung neuer Laptops, Neuinstallation gebrauchter Laptops, Offboarding von Laptops, Kennwortverwaltung
- Lokaler Support im Büro: Onboarding, Offboarding, Schulungen, Meetingraum Support
- Betriebssystem-Support: Windows und MacOS
- Meeting- und Event-Support: Unterstützung vor Ort
- IT-Infrastruktur: Netzwerk Fehlersuche, Storage-Verwaltung, Drucker-Support
